Neutral density validation campaign is on CAMEL

A beta version of the neutral density validation campaign is available on the CCMC CAMEL system now.  The neutral density validation campaign aims to compare model outputs with observed data from Champ and Goce for a list of time ranges.

All observation and model output used in the campaign are publicly accessible on the camel-data github site.
