CASSINI Spring 2013 auroral campaign
CCMC provided valuable support to the CASSINI Spring 2013 auroral campaign (campaign period: April 1 - May 25, 2013) by taking advantage of the CCMC's Run-on-request capability and the CCMC/SWRC real-time monitoring/forecasting capability of the solar wind using the WSA+ENLIL+Cone model combination.
The CASSINI auroral campaign included the coordinated measurements from all instruments on CASSINI and from the Hubble Space Telescope.
CCMC's modeling/forecasting support is an essential element of the campaign.
