Space Weather Bootcamp 2018

Space Weather REDI Bootcamp is a space weather training presented by the NASA GSFC scientists (presenters include, but are not limited to, the CCMC staff). Tutorials provide participants with a basic knowledge of space weather and forecasting, without going into detailed physics, and acquaint them with the applications of space weather.

Dates and Location

Bootcamp was held on June 4 - June 8, 2018.

Intensive forecaster training

Intensive forecaster training held on June 11-25 is available to CCMC forecster interns only.

Bootcamp Application

Registration for Bootcamp 2018 is closed. Please visit this website in March of 2019 to sign up for next year's bootcamp. NASA OSSI interns who will already have a NASA badge in June of 2018 can still apply for Bootcamp 2018 by filling out this Google application form.
