CTIPe 4 updates at the CCMC

The Coupled Thermosphere Ionosphere Plasmasphere Electrodynamics Model (CTIPe) model version 4 is now running at the CCMC in near real-time under the Continuous Run Framework.

Output of the CTIPe 4 real-time runs are available on the iSWA data tree, and plots can be viewed via the following iSWA cygnet.
