IRI Updates

November 2023

Additional optional input parameters are added for IRI 2007, 2012, 2016, and 2020 model version available on the CCMC Instant-Run (IR) service. Users can choose to adjust those optional input parameters by checking the 'Use Optional' check box under 'Optional Parameters' heading on the submission form.

October 2023

Additional optional input parameters are added for IRI 2007, 2012, 2016, and 2020 model version available on the CCMC Runs-On-Request (ROR) service. Users can choose to adjust those optional input parameters by clicking the 'Configure advanced model options' under 'Step 4: Model Options' on the ROR run submission form of the model.

July 2023

The IRI 2007, 2012, and 2020 are available on the CCMC Runs-On-Request (ROR) service. The ROR option of requesting an IRI model run allows users to request a longer time period compared to the Instant-Run (IR) option of the same model. Users, who are interested in running the model for a longer duration, should use the ROR option instead.

October 2022

The IRI 2020 model is available on the CCMC Instant-Run system. Users can select to run either IRI-2016 or IRI-2020 using the same IR submission interface.

January 2021

The IRI 2016 is available on the CCMC Runs-On-Request (ROR) service in addition to the Instant-Run (IR) option.
