Model Description
The Apex model traces IGRF field lines to the apex of the field-line. The altitude of the apex determines the Magnetic Apex latitude and the Quasi-dipole latitude. The geomagnetic-dipole longitude of the apex determines the Magnetic Apex and Quasi-dipole longitude.

Model Input
Year and fractions, geodetic latitude and longitude in degrees, altitude in km.

Model Output
Apex radius, Magnetic Apex latitude, Magnetic Apex/Quasi-Dipole longitude, Quasi-Dipole latitude, and magnetic field.
