The simulation time on the web page and in all of the images is offset by 0.06693 days (1.606416 hours).  This is a “pre-eruption time” that the simulation was run for.   So, to have time = 0 to correspond to 2000 July 14 10:03 UT (shown in the GOES comparison plots), you have to subtract this offset time from the simulation time in, for example, the png plots or ascii data files.
