Runs on Request for Ionosphere/Thermosphere Model

At the present time the following Ionosphere/Thermosphere models are available for runs on request:

• SAMI2 - developed by Joe Huba and Glenn Joyce
• CTIP - developed by Timothy Fuller-Rowell
• ABBYNORMAL - developed by J. Vincent Eccles
• USU-GAIM - developed by R.W. Schunk, L. Scherliess, J.J. Sojka, D.C. Thompson and L. Zhu

Runs on Request Procedures

To initiate the request submission click on "Submit Request" button below.
Submission consists of the following steps:

Step 1: Choose the Simulation Model (SAMI2, CTIP, ABBYNORMAL, USU-GAIM).

Step 2: Generate the run registration number:

• You will be asked to provide your first name, last name, telephone number, and e-mail.
• You will need your registration number when making inquiries about your requests and to view the results when the simulations have finished.

Step 3: Specify input parameters.

These runs are provided for the space science community. If results from these runs are used in a scientific publication, we request that the authors acknowledge the CCMC and the originators of the computational model.
